I sent money to a supplier of electronics good in China. I followed provided in email I received from WU Pay. Money was paid to WU Pay by my bank on 06-02-2014. It is 06-06-2014. All I am getting is calls for last four days, we are looking into this matter, but can't say how long it will take to deliver the money.
U.S. staff of W.U. will not take phone calls. Philippine call centers is not receiving any response from W.U, staff here in the U.S.A.
Is it legal, take money, charge fee but do not deliver to recipient?
