Sent $250 at a Walgreens WU kiosk. My husband, the person I was sending the money to did not pick up money because store he went to said they didn't have that much money, he had to catch a flight, left the state & did not pick up the money.
When I went back to where I sent the money, went twice. Both times Walgreen personnel took a very long time, tried to help me, I had all my receipts, info from my drivers license & husbands photo id, got a new tracking # from WU, cashier called WU 2-3 times, refund still denied electronically. Will be writing WU's CEO about this. It's been 1 week already since the initial transaction.
WE WILL NEVER USE WESTERN UNION AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ALL OUR FRIENDS & FAMILY NOT TO EITHER. AM POSTING ABOUT WU's TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & METHODS AVAILABLE TO GET REFUNDS ON FACEBOOK.
