I sent a money transfer on line to the UK - the receiver was not able to pick it up as he did not have the correct ID so I asked for the transfer to be changed to another name - that option was denied for no apparent reason and then I asked for a refund...they said minimum 7 days to issue a refund...that is not right. It is my money, I need it back, I should not have to wait and incur interest charges on my credit card while I wait for them to get around to giving me my money back. They are thieves!
