so complaint department calls me right after i posted huh well ill transfer to you to the department that handles this situation said ive already talked to them numerous times so then he says ill transfer to resoloulutions department oh wow hows that everyne else ive talked to said they an offline team cant talk to them but they connected me to the exucutive of that team and gives me her name and direct number for her and she going to contact the department herself and find whats going on and shell call me back. thinking yeah right same bull crap again

call about letter i reveived saying they refunding money sent all info requested plus additional info call over n over no1 able to give me info n says will only take 24 to 48 hours over n over ive sent info over n over n say they even escalate it has been almost 60 days they are filled with more crap than my 4 month old bulldog puppy theyll hang up on me or keep me on hold forever lots of *** i even had an agent said she go to department herself n see what issue is said she call me within 48 hrs its been 96 hours she also gave her name n agent number when i call *** cant transfer me to her

oh forgot to mention in first post they called me at 4 in the morning the day the letter was posted so of course i hung up on them thinking it was some kind of scam. isnt it illegal for businesses to contact people before 8 am?
