Please be advised that our system automatically performs validation independently on all money transfers. Western Union system does perform its own authentication and several factors are considered before authorizing a money transfer. The outcome will be based on a scoring system and it’s nothing to do with the previous transactions sent. If a particular money transfer did not meet the system's validation criteria, the system automatically declines the transaction. We do not divulge specific criteria factors for acceptance or rejection of individual transaction requests for your security and to protect the integrity of our Money Transfer service.
