I was sending money to a family member and gave all the information. Said it will take 30 mins and then email me said that the process was cancel, but they took money out of the account.

Called to customer service first person didn't know what he was doing and transferred me and this condescending *** names Abraham act like he didn't want to talk and couldn't tell me why it was cancel. Never using the service again and I am also letting Western Union know this on their Facebook page.
