Did a transaction online with my bank card the receiver had misplaced their Id so had to cancel the transaction. They said it would be refunded back into my account in 6 to 7 business days.
The 77th day nothing they are telling me that my bank has to put it back into my account. Did a conference call with western union and my bank. Next my bank emailed me my statement for the transaction so I had to email it them.
They call me the next day and all they saying was how many transactions I had for that day and how many transactions I had did with them for the month of February. What the *** does that have to do with them refunding my money
