ONLINE MONEY TRANSFER SUCKSSSS BIG TIME !!!!
I tried sending money to my fiance the same day due to an emergency. It was a Sunday so I had to use the online. Opted the Bank to Cash transaction and provided the information. After completion, system tells me money was sent.
Then I got an email telling me it will take 3-4 days to process the transaction. What the F#%$@#%???? Why use money transfer then????
Then I call their customer service and talk to 2 agents and a supervisor. Everyone tells me they cant cancel the transaction until the 4th day. Meantime, they got my money and can't tell me when I can get it back after I do cancel it the 4th day. Are they still living in the 20th century????
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!! I had to look for a MONEYGRAM outlet and they sent my money in minutes!
