I sent a 2000 transfer to a friend in ohio but it was canceled than they mailed the refund check to my old address , than I called and had them stop it since than iv been waithing than I called and I was told to send a letter with my new addrwss so I sent a notarized letter with my current addres I called a month later they said they havent recived it and I keep calln they have me repeat the same information and tell me I will get a call back and I never do when will I get my refund!

Let you sent a copy of the check from Western Union. They cannot only tell and the consumer must believe it ...or not.

did you not think to send the notarized letter via tracked and signed for delivery?

also have you not though to contact your old address and ask the new occupiers if they have any mail for you? if so can they forward it to you?
