this is to inform about the disgusting service on enjaz/western union services. i am regularly sending money and yet the last transaction, which the receopient cannot withdrawn due to communication or transaction cannot be opened, and yet checking on the agent said that it does not have any problems. the money was sent oct. 5, 2010 and so much for waiting i tried to refund the principle amount and is already more than a week (doc filed Oct 25, 2010) and still i cannot get the re-fund. talking to the western union customer service (call center) for the 10th time and everytime i was asked about the problem ang PROMISED THAT THEY WILL CALL. and no phonecalls were ever made. until now oct. 28, 2010 12:56pm saudi time....my transaction for re-fund is still on process. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS....the customer service cannot dio anthing...call center....
