Western Union case number 2104****!!!
Its was incorrectly made by the employee at the Rite Aid Store All corrections through proper documentation have been initiated and completed
money was sent December 4th 2017 and western union have not been able to refund all they keep saying is our off line team will get back to you in 24-hours.... i call virtually everyday to resolve this issue but to no avail and i will be glad if this company can reach out and help me resolve this issues and i notice this are some major problems in our area,i did contact WU on twitter and no one is going to reply to my message after sending them prove of my ID and all the information from western union,i will be glad if my case can be settle amicably,reasons for this is Its was incorrectly made by the employee at the Rite Aid Store,a ll corrections through proper documentation have been initiated and completed

I see Western Union has received over 700 complaints on Pissed Consumer, and only 4 have been resolved. Clearly WU has no interest in providing reliable service.
WU may be a criminal enterprise that increases its bottom line by ripping off a percentage of customers.
It's a good scam because company officials can always say the customer is abusing their system, or the customer does not understand how to use the web page, or any other excuse that blames the customer. The company makes sure that the only people a customer can reach at WU are air heads who've been trained to run you in circles.
