How is it that even with an authorized letter with my signature on it and my ID, the Western Union still would not release the amount transacted to me? Where can I contact the Branch manager of Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur area?

And when I asked my worker to get a hold of the contact details of the manager so I could voice out my complaint they would not hand it to me? WTF is that? Do advice.

This can't keep on going. And also, those people should know how to give customer satisfaction and not just idly do as they please.
