My issue was dealt with via Australia Post in person where I sent cash, in previous visits the charge was around $13 - $16 per visit only this particular transaction I was charged over $25 for exactly the same service. I did make mention of this to the Australia Post worker who informed me they have no influence over the charges - which makes perfect sense.

I would like to know how a charge can increase by over 50% in a relatively short timeline.

I have been a fairly regular Customer as the service is time beneficial, funds guaranteed and the receiver simply must provide Identification but the fact remains that its now become too expense to justify continued use. Thankyou from Carol Hancock
