Found out two months' worth of utility bills hadn't been paid bc Western Union didn't work. Dominion Energy forces you to use Western Union speedpay to pay online or on the phone.

We tried both ways. Two payments didn't go through, and no evidence of having tried to pay.

Guy on the phone was not even responsive.

Full minutes of silence before confusion. Transferred twice to talk to a woman who also couldn't understand the problem.
