I recently made a money transfer using Western Union and it ended up being fraud so I called to report it and they were NO help. That man helping me said "you need to contact the guy you paid to get your money back" HE IS A SCAMMER, HE ISN'T GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

He proceeded to say "why would you pay a scammer in the first place" He was very rude and didn't help at all, all he wanted to do was be a jerk about it. I then called customer service to file a compliant, they gave me a number to call that didn't even work.

I tried calling the fraud number back and they hung up as soon as they saw my number.

absolutely horrible. I will be taking this to the authorities.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Attitude and rudeness of staff, Beating around the bush, So rude.
