I need to speak to someone. I've already submitted a claim online, but I have not received a response. Now they're charging me 80 extra dollars because I gave them the date that was told to me after I filled out the form.

I would like to try to get my $20 back I had to pay the person the $20 and they give me the money order back
Trying to get a refund I got a money order i misplaced the money order but the money order has not been cashed I just can't find it I have the barcode of the money order number and I would like to try to get my whole $20 back because I had to pay cash to get the person the money order that I was supposed to give it to

To find out where my money is, that was supposed to go to OPPD
I went and got a deal for OPPD and I bought it at super Mercado and so I paid $365 and thought that it wouldve paid the bill then I got a message from OPPD that they didnt receive it. The person at Supermercado put the wrong account number on it And I called them back and they said theyre not responsible for the mistake.
Its in between Western Union and OPPD.
Were still trying to get this resolved where my money is at and so OPPD is still working on trying to find where the money is at so I had a bad experience And not very pleased. I dont like paying for money and then I still owe OPPD and theyre working out payments so I dont get my electricity shut off so theres no way I can recommend anybody use it again thanks.

I purchased a money order, filled it out, and ended up not needing it. Thinking this would be a simple fix, I am the purchaser; I can just cash it myself or return it.
So, not the case. You have to request a refund, which takes up to 5 business days. On top of that, you are charged a fee depending on the amount. This is quite ridiculous, to say the least.
So, I purchased a money order for $27.10. After what should be 5 days, I am charged $5. Well, my 5 days came and left with no response from WU. When I call, the only info I am given is that company policy states...
and when trying to chat with online support, their tool is being serviced, so I am unable to be helped. What tool? Seems to me Western Union is the tool. So, still no refund, no response, nothing but company policy.
Well, my company policy states that I paid cold hard cash for a good I didn't use, and I need my cash returned immediately, not tomorrow and in its entirety; that's my company policy.
So, extremely dissatisfied with WU. Poor business!

The sender went to Walmart store and sent the receiver $100, but the store clerk never gave the sender the receipt, so the receiver was not able to collect the money.

They scam in all transactions. They look to charge a lot of extra fees and give a very low rate.
Sometimes the difference is around 20%. There is no customer service. They force customers to close their accounts and want to charge more money, or close and suspend the account.
The idea of 'Jew Lie' is spread around this company. Scammers.

hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding a money transfer issue I have been experiencing since last Friday.
I have been trying to transfer funds from my account at Banco Credicoop in Argentina to a person in Panama who is facing difficulties.
Unfortunately, I have faced continuous misinformation and poor treatment from your Call Center, with conflicting instructions that have prevented me from completing the transfer. The MTCN for my transaction is 821-361-****, and a case was opened recently (#30920****).
I was informed that a department would contact me "when they have a solution" and that this could take 72 hours from now.
I provided my phone number, +507 **** ****, so someone could explain the situation to me, but I was told that this was not possible.
If there is someone who can assist me in a more responsible manner, I would greatly appreciate it. If I do not receive a response today, I will consider seeking assistance through social media and consumer protection authorities.

En 2021 envié un dinero a Mexico a y según el dinero fue retirado pero ese dinero no fue entregado a quien deposite lo reclamé está empresa se aferró que ya lo había entregados ellos ace unos días me llegó una carta donde llenará mis datos para reembolsar el dinero y dos semanas mandé la información y no e visto repuesta

No help. The corporate office is the same way. It's going to be too late to get a refund and it's their fault.
