Refund for failed transfer
Sent money to my mom for medicines on the 9th of the current month.
The cash was available for her as the tracking system indicates. But when she try to cash it up the system changed to cash in process not ready .
I call hello paisa our local bank wich i use to send money via it .
They said better cancel the transaction and refund should be paid back to my account in 24 or 48 hours so i can send it again .
Passed 24 and 48 and days since the date mentioned above.
With emails requests calls .to my local bank .
Keep on saying the western union holding back my cash .
No one to help .
Just empty promises with empty emails .
