They scam in all transactions. They look to charge a lot of extra fees and give a very low rate.
Sometimes the difference is around 20%. There is no customer service. They force customers to close their accounts and want to charge more money, or close and suspend the account.
The idea of 'Jew Lie' is spread around this company. Scammers.

The last 2 times of two transfers from a country to another, resulted in disasters
hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding a money transfer issue I have been experiencing since last Friday.
I have been trying to transfer funds from my account at Banco Credicoop in Argentina to a person in Panama who is facing difficulties.
Unfortunately, I have faced continuous misinformation and poor treatment from your Call Center, with conflicting instructions that have prevented me from completing the transfer. The MTCN for my transaction is 821-361-****, and a case was opened recently (#30920****).
I was informed that a department would contact me "when they have a solution" and that this could take 72 hours from now.
I provided my phone number, +507 **** ****, so someone could explain the situation to me, but I was told that this was not possible.
If there is someone who can assist me in a more responsible manner, I would greatly appreciate it. If I do not receive a response today, I will consider seeking assistance through social media and consumer protection authorities.

Getting the run around. I've been trying for 3 months.
No help. The corporate office is the same way. It's going to be too late to get a refund and it's their fault.
Please, someone, at least try to help or give me answers. Do not use Western Union services!

The last name on my last transfer shouldve been Castro. I left out the R.

I got too many orders through Western Union at Kroger they ought to be shut down too I went to rent a home the man wouldn't accept the money orders try to take them back to Kroger Kroger's turned their back on me said I had to go through Western Union program Western Union said I had to go to Kroger it was just like playing ping pong neither one of them gave a damn and that's in Crawfordsville Indiana do not go to Kroger's there and get any money orders from Western Union when I did finally get my money back it cost me $100 out of 1600 to get it back plus 4 hours of work at $46 an hour it was horrible and still lost the house

Resolved: Transaction On-hold
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Having already done quite a few transactions before, but being put on-hold for my transaction this time made me feel bad and I think it's unnecessary and make my transaction take longer. I would suggest to ensure all transactions are done as fast as possible, if all info are already there and correct.

Refund on money order
I went and got a money order to rent a place and I filled in the owner's name the owner turned me down because of I had bad credit I've been trying for 6 hours to cash in my Kroger money order and I've also tried with Western Union and neither one will budge and give me my money back they won't even cancel it and give me my money back to tell me I got to go through some process it takes 30 days to get my money back and also going to charge me to give me my money back you talk about a rip off I'll never do it again boo for Kroger and boo for Western Union horrible do not

My issue was not resolved, no answer on phone don't use them get your money order at your bank se NOW YOU ASK ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE WEBB SITE, I GIVE YOU AN ANSWER AN ITS STELL NOT GOOD ENOUGH, ALL I WANT IT THE ADDRESS TO MAIL MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND AND I CANNT EVEN GET THAT ,HOW DAMN HARD CAN THAT BE!!!
