Western Union - Money Order
One of our tenants purchased a money order using Western Union. This was in late March.
We never received the funds, we suspect our leasing agent stole it (she quit shortly after). I have been trying to get a copy of the cashed money order since early April to no avail. It sure did not take them long to cash our $15 check, but I have been told on multiple occasions that it was mailed, remailed, remailed to a different address, emailed, and faxed and I have never received a single thing. I was transferred to a supervisor and the phone rang forever.
No one ever answered and no voice mail.
This is ridiculous. What a joke of a company.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $700.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Western Union Cons: Response i got, Or should i say lack of response.
