I had a money order stolen or lost and I did the requirement that they ask for sending $30.00 dollars to investigate or whatever they do. They have cashed the money order I sent and almost a month later still no word from them.

Is this a scam or what. You can not speak to a live representative.Now I am out of a lot of money and they could care less. I will never purchase another money order from Western Union...I have tried to contact them by every means to speak to a live representative and have had no luck.

I always thought I was safe using a money order to pay my bills instead of a check. It would of been easier to use a check.

I've done everything possible in life to avoid Western Union.

Daffy Dug and Bugs Bunny had it right when their telegrams read "Eastern Onion".

Nothing but trouble and too costly any time I've encountered them.

Now one of our monthly obligation suppliers uses WU "speedpay" which of course malfunctioned the first time we used it and did not credit the payment properly.
