I have been locked out of my account for many weeks now and after numerous frustrating phone calls to very awkward speaking peoples i have had to deactivate my account which took not even a five minute call to accomplish. Really???? after hours of phone time

Since WE ungraded their web page i have been unable to get into my account no matter what every one has tried to do to get me in again and made false promises to me that i would receive email confirmation from the technical support team.

Ive even been directed into my own computer to seek if i have the ;problem at my end and no i dont.

meanwhile i have family in Cambodia who are in need of this money.

Today i deactivated and have tried to open a new account with my partners email address and the WE register wont let us create one.

Product or Service Mentioned: Western Union Money Order.
