My issue was not resolved, no answer on phone don't use them get your money order at your bank se NOW YOU ASK ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE WEBB SITE, I GIVE YOU AN ANSWER AN ITS STELL NOT GOOD ENOUGH, ALL I WANT IT THE ADDRESS TO MAIL MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND AND I CANNT EVEN GET THAT ,HOW DAMN HARD CAN THAT BE!!!

I couldn't get a real person on the phone and the automated system kept hanging up on me. I just got extremely annoyed by all of this and gave up.

Having already done quite a few transactions before, but being put on-hold for my transaction this time made me feel bad and I think it's unnecessary and make my transaction take longer. I would suggest to ensure all transactions are done as fast as possible, if all info are already there and correct.

Awful! I accidentally got money orders instead of a cashiers check for my apartment complex and submitted for a refund from western union 31 days ago. Haven’t heard a peep. Can’t reach a human and my $1800 is just gone.
I still have them, they clearly haven’t been cashed it’s absolutely maddening that western union can just STEAL my $1800
