Its hard to cancel recurring sending of money. It made me anxious because it automatically sends $100. As for the customer service, she was helpful but seemed in a hurry and detached.

Track a money otser

I couldn't get in touch with anyone to handle my situation. The recording says I have to pay to get proof of something I already purchased and paid for!

I purchased a money order last year and the business I gave it to is saying they never received it. I have to prove it, but no one answers to help.

They got their money and thats all theyre concerned about. Waste of time , customer service is nonexistent how they are still in business is beyond my comprehension. Deceitful dishonest deceptive business practice Use some other wire transfer services Hopefully they will be sued out of business

Awful! I accidentally got money orders instead of a cashiers check for my apartment complex and submitted for a refund from western union 31 days ago. Haven’t heard a peep. Can’t reach a human and my $1800 is just gone.
I still have them, they clearly haven’t been cashed it’s absolutely maddening that western union can just STEAL my $1800

I need to send money urgently to my son in Ukraine. I could not get the online ordering to work, so I called. I was told your “system was down” by the first person I spoke with. She then transferred me to someone else who said the same. Now my son has had to leave his hotel and is basically homeless and having to stay with strangers. Until you all open on Monday! Beyond Unbelievable!!
