I couldn't get a real person on the phone and the automated system kept hanging up on me. I just got extremely annoyed by all of this and gave up.

It's my money and I want it now!
Keep my information in one file and know what is going on in my case as of right now I have two case numbers and have been lied to as well as hung up on several occasions Including told that my case was approved and I should be receiving my check with in 15 days I've done everything that has been asked of me and still I am getting more hoops to jump through. The fact of the matter is My money order was lost with both of the receipts and I reported it the same day then had to pay your company to even look into it I have a tracking number the 7 digit number as well as the nine digit number as well as the clerks number who sold it to me also the address and phone number where I purchased it I am from Auburn California but my sister is in the hospital here in Batesville Indiana and needs my love and help as well support. I am running out of money very fast and don't have any idea how I am going to support my self let alone help her with her bill's so you see my friend I'm in between a rock and a hard spot am beside myself as to what I am going to do if you guys could help me out in anyway it surly would be appreciated a prayer would be a Blessing if you would I believe it kind of you Thank You and God Bless You

I haven't heard from you guys since September I did everything that I was supposed to do online and I was supposed to be receiving the check long time ago and I've been waiting my name is Anthony Bell you guys have all everything that you need to know I'm just waiting and every time I call you guys keep saying it's not it's under investigation and it's been almost 6 months I've been patient enough

Western Union stole 900 dollars from me
I bought a 900 money order and signed it accidently on the back Jaycee told me to just make it out to myself and they would they went and it wouldn't go through and now western union don't want to refund it.

Resolved: Request for change of pickup destination
I sent money to my son in India and western union India said it's the money needed to be split into 2 transactions,so they returned the money to me in USA and I didn't manage to collect the money whilst in USA, now I'm back to Zimbabwe

Refund request
I brought a money order 3 weeks ago , it got lost in the mail . I submitted a request Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and today with no help at all.
I sent the receipt and my id . Still saying requesting more documents.
What more documents can I send . Now nobody can seem to know how long it will take.

Potential fraud
My call was transferred three times and then I was cut off. Nobody ever called back even though they had my phone number.

I again bought a money order for $125 and went to give it to the New Bedford Police Department, as that's who we made it out to. The police department says we don't need to pay $125 because what my husband was doing is now free. How do I get my money back from this $125 Western Union money order?

Company says that recipient can use a security question to pick up funds. Nope. They cancelled the transaction and left the recipient stranded.

Need help cashing a money order that I bought. Now
My husband got a money order from Trucchis supermarket to renew his gun license. He made it out to New Bedford Police Department when he got there, they informed him that because he was turning 70 there is no charge to renew your gun license.
So now no one can help us and Im stuck with this hundred and something money order. Thank you please help.
